Topsail Reef 357 is located in the 5th building on the 3rd floor. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath sleeps 5 and is close to the point directly overlooking the beach. Tremendous views are enjoyed from both the oceanfront deck and inside from the comfort of the sofa. The sound of the waves rolling up onto the soft white sand will lull you to sleep at night. The beach access and the pool are just a short walk away. Across the street, a small store offers convenience items and a casual outdoor bar, a fun place to meet new friends.

The entry has beautiful ceramic tile that extends into the bathroom and down the hallway. Bold border tiles, in a contrasting color, create quite a unique floor. The full bath is off the hallway and is bright and crisp with white wainscoting covering the walls. The shower with tub has a handy retractable clothesline high above for those wet swimsuits.

The bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a checkered spread in greens, blue, and yellow.This room has a Caribbean feel with bright teal walls, white furniture, and white plantation blinds over the window with views across the island to the sound. Store your wardrobe in the dresser or large louvered door closet and head to the beach. Or relax on the bed and enjoy a private movie on the television with VHS and DVD player.

The hallway has warm taupe walls and a cozy alcove with a built in single bed. Beneath the bed, a storage area is available and holds provided beach chairs and boogie boards.

The simple casual décor of the living area has brightly colored matching accents for a pulled together look that is still relaxed and inviting. The sofa in blue denim has bright striped throw pillows that match the curtains on the sliding door. A woven reed chair with a stuffed cushion provides additional seating for a friendly conversation or viewing the television and DVD player, which is stored out of sight in a white armoire. A few puzzles and games are stored below along with a small DVD library. Make some memories to last a lifetime and gather your family for game night. High-speed internet is available at this condominium, so you can stay connected with the outside world: if you choose. The stereo has a cassette and CD player for your favorite vacation music. Turn on the tunes and let your mind unwind out on the deck dancing under the stars.The drop leaf dining table has seating for 4 on red and blue director's chairs. The well-designed kitchen maximizes space with a baker's shelf on one side and a dual use butcher block, rolling table with lower cabinets next to the stove. The kitchen is simple yet stylish with tall, white washed finish cabinets extending up to the ceiling, speckled black countertops, and a ceramic tile floor. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and even an indoor grilling machine for a healthy hamburger.

The oceanfront deck, accessible through the sliding door, offers guests an incredible view of the ocean and beach.
