Osprey II is an oceanfront duplex offering accommodations for 8 guests within 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a spacious great room. You will find artistic and creative nautical touches throughout the home making your stay fun and exciting. This colorful home places your comfort in priority and highlights the magnificent beach just outside its door.

Ground Level: The Osprey Duplex is situated back from the road next to a dune. The gravel drive has ample parking and is bordered with simple landscaping. The sea grass and island shrubs welcome you onto the covered front porch, complete with two Adirondack chairs. Enter Osprey II from the door on the right.

The reverse floor plan of Osprey II makes for comfortable accommodations. On the first level, you will enter a pretty foyer. A stairway on the left leads to the living area of the home and a hallway on the right of the stairs offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. A hall closet stores beach chairs, sand toys and a baby gate. The first bedroom is a surfer's paradise. The younger crowd will get a charge out of the Hawaiian print comforter sets that adorn the 2 Bunk Beds. They will enjoy camping out in this fun space. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with wicker headboard, a white bench, and vintage night table. The armoire holds a cable TV, VCR, and DVD player for your entertainment. A sliding glass door invites you to a covered oceanfront deck. From here, you can cast your sights on the shore. Use the boardwalk and stairs, complete with outdoor shower, to make your way onto the sandy beach.

First Level: Ascend the stairway to the living area. The great room offers a comfortable, fun, and colorful place to unwind. Soak up the views of the horizon while kicking back on the denim sofa or one of the two bamboo armchairs. A charming red cabinet offers a flat screen, cable TV, DVD player for your enjoyment. A large oceanfront deck welcomes you to the shore and offers a great place to see the ships glide across the horizon. Even if there is a drizzle, this covered deck is the perfect spot to soak up the Atlantic views. There is a large round table with seating for six. A window offers views of the ocean and you will be pleased to find an assortment of games ready for a family night of fun. The kitchen is not only well equipped, but also nicely stocked. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher are all upscale appliances and a preparation island pulls double duty with storage and a breakfast bar for three.

Second Level: A set of stairs, around the corner from the kitchen, invite you to the loft. The angled ceilings and whimsical touches make this a great hideaway to enjoy your vacation. A sliding glass door floods the space in light and a private oceanfront balcony overlooks the shore. The pickled wicker Queen bed, chest of drawers, and nightstand are a great backdrop to the artistic paintings and furnishings found throughout the loft. A hand painted cabinet offers a cable TV and VCR.

Osprey II is a smoke and pet-free property. Your check-in location is our Sneads Ferry office. Maximum occupancy is 8 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation.
