Topsail Turvy offers an oceanfront vacation experience with a casual elegance sure to embrace you with joy. There are hardwood floors throughout this home as well as a light wood paneling in the living room, dining area and kitchen. The bedrooms have a warm wood trim around the windows that are dressed with plantation style blinds. Upscale furnishings and appliance add to the ambiance of this beautiful home.

Ground Level: There is a wide paved driveway and underneath parking. Take advantage of the shade and make use of the large picnic table and grill found in this area. There is a private outdoor shower offering hot and cold water for your comfort. Additionally, a wet weather entrance offers hardwood steps leading to the First Level.

First Level: The spacious kitchen welcomes the family cook with updated appliances and many extras. A refrigerator, smooth top stove, microwave, dishwasher and double sink are just the beginning. You will also find a coffee pot, blender and toaster. There is plenty of counter space for prepping and lots of cabinets filled with all the essentials to conjure up a feast. Additionally, in a small space off the kitchen are a washer and dryer.

There is a roomy dining area equipped with a large table and six chairs. Also in this area you will find a writing desk. This is a great place for reading the paper to see what's happening around the Island. Plan your day while having breakfast and enjoying the ocean views peaking in from the living area.

The living area has a neutrally covered couch flanked by two armchairs donning a red Aztec inspired print. The large coffee table can double as a spot to play a board game in front of the wood burning fire place. The wicker armoires hold several items for your entertainment. There is a TV, VCR, DVD player, board games and more. A beautiful set of windows frame the door leading to the oceanfront deck. Here you will find a wooden table and chairs as well as a couple of rockers. There is plenty of room to sit back and relax. Enjoy watching the tides roll in and the seagulls play.

Topsail Turvy has a double split floor plan. On the north and south end of the home you will find two bedrooms each and a full bathroom. Each side mirrors the other, having one ocean front room and one sound side room. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, sizeable closets and easy access to a bathroom.

The first bedroom, located on the northern, ocean front side of the home, offers a Queen sized bed with a pretty quilt. The wood furnishings include the headboard, night table and chest of drawers. Be an early bird and set the alarm clock radio, then sit back in the rocker and relish the sunrise over the Atlantic.

The second bedroom, located on the northern, sound side of the home, offers a Queen bed covered in a cute blue and green plaid. There is a small antique dresser and a night stand. The sea-foam walls take on a warm glow as the sunset peaks in from the window.

The third bedroom, located on the southern, oceanfront side of the home, offers a Queen sized bed with a green comforter. There is a chest of drawers, antique night table, alarm clock radio, and endless ocean views.

The fourth bedroom, located on the southern, sound side of the home, has 2 Twin beds covered in a yellow plaid that compliments the green walls. The wood headboards, night stands, and rocker add a sweet charm to the space. The guest selecting this room will be sure to enjoy the sunset.

Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are provided. Pets are permitted with a $125.00(plus tax) pet fee per pet. Pet restriction must be under 25 lbs. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 7 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
