If relaxation and beautiful beaches are what you are looking for, you have found it at 31 Porpoise Place. Located in Dolphin Shores, one of the most spectacular neighborhoods on Topsail Island, this 4400 square foot home has seven bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 18! Just completed in the spring of 2008, this house is a wonderful vacation spot to relax your day away. Top it off with an elevator and you have complete convenience.
The ocean is wonderful but not the only water you will have access to. Cool off in the 12 x 24 foot pool or enjoy an evening in the 6 person hot tub. Your worriesare eliminated because both the pool and hot tub are entrapment free and maintained by a CPO certified technician.
The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms: two queen bedrooms, and two rooms with a set of bunks and a single bed with a trundle each. All bedrooms enjoy a private bath. There is a cable TV with a VCR and/or DVD and telephone in every room. Kids of all ages will be delighted to find a closet on this floor filled with favorite board games including a Playstation 2 with a game library.
The spacious second floor is the sunlit comfortable living area. Here we have a gas fireplace, a large flat screen HDTV with a DVD player, and stereo components that fill the entire house with your favorite beach music. After a fun day, you can relax with a movie from the DVD library. The kitchen is graced with granite countertops, large refrigerator, an extra ice maker, 2 dishwashers, a bar sink and oodles of cookware, bake ware and utensils. The dining area provides a large dining table and countertop barstools. This level also offers a comfortable den area that also can serve as your 7th bedroom with a daybed and trundle, television, and full bathroom.
The third floor is the pièce de résistance. Two master retreats each offering a king bed, separate sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper, a wet bar with a sink, television, DVD and separate stereo controls. The bathrooms have a spa tub with shower and double sinks. You will be “wowed” as you look over the ocean from this deck of these bedrooms and spot dolphin playing in the surf.
Other amenities include high speed internet access, a gas grill area with comfortable outdoor furniture, foosball table, soft tip dart game, and enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower. And, if that’s not enough, there is bubbly hot tub awaiting you on the first floor ocean side deck. If you can pull yourself away from this beautiful home, drive a few miles and enjoy a free dinner for two at Rick’s Restaurant and Sports Bar
