Lower Level:Raised landscape beds border the stone driveway that has parking for 4. The enclosed garage has parking for 1 in the right side, with a convenient set up for a beach BBQ in the other side. Inside the left bay a long table, accompanied by 12 chairs, is perfect for an informal get-together. Cook up a feast on the provided charcoal grill. A full size refrigerator is available for party fixings or overflow from the main kitchen. Beach chairs and boogie boards are also provided.

First Level:Step in the front door onto the tile floor surrounded by cheerful apricot walls accented by bright white trim. Berber carpet covers the stairs leading up to first level where vacationers can choose from four bedrooms. The laundry quarters are also on this floor tucked away in a large hall closet next to the linen closet.

Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom:This spacious room offers a king size bed and matching bedroom suite made up of a dresser with mirror, headboard, and nightstand. In the evening relax across the huge bed and watch your favorite show on the television. The private bath has a step in shower with two built-in seats.

The oceanfront deck on this level has an enclosed outdoor shower on the right side with hot and cold water and a private beach access boardwalk. This shaded deck offers multiple deck chairs in which to rest for a moment, read a book, or just enjoy the scenery.

Bedroom 2:The queen size bed has a white quilt with pastel color blocks. A television with VHS player rests atop the tall dresser. Have a seat on the upholstered bench and swap those work shoes for your flip-flops. It's playtime!

Bedroom 3:The sturdy, natural wood bunk beds are brightened by matching comforters. Two sets of twin bunk beds sleep 4. This room also offers a central nightstand, a low chest of drawers and a closet with extra pillows for the perfect night's sleep.

Bedroom 4:With a queen size bed and a twin bunk bed, this room can accommodate 3 comfortably.A television rests on the blond finish dresser opposite the beds. This bedroom has a private door to a shared bathroom. The full bath offers tile floors, a solid surface sink countertop and a shower with tub.

Main Level:The top floor has one more bedroom, a full bath and the generously designed great room.

Bedroom 5:A striped quilt in soft colors covers the queen size bed. Bamboo and basket weave accents jazz up the white washed finish of the tall dresser, headboard and nightstand. A mini 4" television with radio helps you sneak a peak at the game without disturbing the family movie.

The full bath is just around the corner and is bold and beautiful in Mod black and white.The white tile floor with black diamond accents and the bold stripes of the black and white wallpaper are simple yet stunning.

Great Room:The first thing you notice about the kitchen is that it has 2 bars. One of the bars has an exquisite, natural stone tile countertop, in a gorgeous mixture of colors. Seating for 8 is available at the kitchen bars. The tall blond cabinets are well stocked with glassware, dishware and cookware. The natural stone tile backsplash matches the bar for a custom look and a separate icemaker is installed under the counter. Other appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice, dishwasher, stove, built-in microwave, blender, double toaster, coffee maker and an under counter CD radio. Nine windows along the perimeter of the great room and a sliding door at center provide stunning views of the ocean and dunes. The long oval dinner table seats 10 on matching chairs beneath a modern chandelier. A small toddler chair is available for your youngster.

Across the room, a large flat screen television with DVD player can be viewed from either of the two sofas or stuffed rocking recliner as well as the dining room table. The micro-fiber sofas and chair are nicely arranged in front of the gas log fireplace. This beautiful built out fireplace is perfect for the cool months here at Topsail. The oceanfront deck is visible through the windows with the crystal blue ocean beyond. Invite your friends and family outside for a true oceanfront dinner.
