This family friendly beach home has enough room for a large family and still retains it's coziness. The two furnished decks overlook the ocean and offer direct access to the beach below. Sit back and watch the waves roll onto the shore as you relax on your vacation.

Ground Level: There is open parking for four vehicles. The carport also has the covered entrance to the house, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, a picnic table, basketball hoop and storage area with a grill and beach gear.

First Level: Enter through the front door, and walk upstairs to the first level where most of the bedrooms are held. The first door upstairs leads to the large laundry room, which holds a full size washer and dryer.

Turn right and head down to the master bedroom, located on the far right side. This spacious room holds a king size bed, cream-colored furnishings with blue accents, a telephone, ceiling fan and TV. Access to the oceanfront deck is through the sliding glass doors, where you can sit in the shade and listen to the waves crash on the shoreline. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, complete with large Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The next room, down the hall, is the shared bathroom. Your family will enjoy the double sinks, full size shower and beach décor.

The second bedroom, on the right offers a queen size wrought iron bed, ceiling fan and wood furnishings. This room also has a sliding glass door that leads out to the lower oceanfront deck.

The third bedroom, offers two bunk beds; a twin bunk and a twin/double bunk bed, great for sleeping 6 or hanging out watching movies on. The bedroom is equipped with a TV and VCR and a sliding glass door that leads to the lower oceanfront deck.

Upper Level: The open living/dining/kitchen area is on the upper level of this charming beach home. The living room offers a color TV, VCR , DVD player and plenty of family friendly games for everyone to play. The green and red furniture includes a large sectional sofa and an oversized chair. A café table with two chairs is the perfect place to have morning coffee, while gazing at the beautiful blue ocean.

Open the glass doors and step outside onto the oceanfront deck, filled with chairs and lounging patio furniture. Grab a cool drink and relax, while you overlook the white sandy beaches of Topsail Island.

The clean white kitchen offers a great space for cooking. Among the amenities are a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and more. The white tile floor is a cool treat for your feet.

The open dining room is a great place to have meals with great views of the city. The large wooden dining table will seat up to 6. Additional seating of 4 is found at the bar.

The fourth bedroom, is located off of the living room. This room offers shabby chic retreat with a queen size bed and cream colored furnishings. Through the sliding glass door, guests have easy access to the upper oceanfront deck. This room also has access to a semi-private full size bathroom, guests can also access this room from the upstairs hallway.
