This is a four-story building with parking on the first level and three floors above, each level having 9 units. Each unit is a "two" bedroom condo (master bedroom 13x12 & 2nd bedroom is a bunk-bed room) approximately 720+/- square feet and has a separate living room/dining room area, a full size kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Each condo has a stack washer-dryer located across from the bathroom. Each condo will sleep up to 4. Sea Coast Suites is located in the heart of Topsail Island's shopping and dining and is only two blocks from the beach. NO SMOKING IN UNITS! NO PETS! |
