A wet weather entrance is located next to the covered parking.If you enter through the wet weather entrance, you'll find space for you to store your beach gear as well as steps leading to the first floor.

First Level: There are four oceanfront bedrooms located on this first level of Point Pleasant, one shared bathroom and a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

The first bedroom on the left side of Point Pleasant offers handpicked Polynesian style furnishings. The queen size bed is covered in a palm tree comforter, coordinating with the dark rattan and wicker furniture. The room has a TV with VCR and DVD player tucked into a large Armoire, soft yellow curtains cover the oceanfront sliding glass door, a closet for hanging your clothes as well as a linen closet. A private bathroom, with matching décor, is attached. Step outside onto the deck and you're just steps away from the sandy Carolina beach.

The second and third bedrooms mirror each other. Each offers a double bunk bed with yellow and blue striped comforters, soft yellow curtains and access to the oceanfront deck. The kids will love the ease of getting to and from the beach to their bedrooms. Both room share a bathroom, accessible in the hallway.

The fourth bedroom is on the right corner of Point Pleasant . This room offers the same Polynesian feel and the first bedroom. Filled with palm tree accessories, the room has a queen size bed, a TV with VCR and DVD player, a large closet, soft yellow curtains, access to the oceanfront deck and a private bathroom.

The first level deck offers a wonderful covered space, giving you the much-needed shaded space for those hot Carolina summers. You will also find a hot and cold outdoor shower, located on the walkway to the beach, perfect for rinsing off all that sand.

Second Level: Upstairs you will find the spacious and beautiful living/dining/kitchen and master bedroom. Don't forget to sign the guest book, perfectly placed on a desk tucked into a sound side alcove.

The master suite is situated on the south side of this home and offers endless views of the ocean below with sliding glass doors leading to the upper deck. Enter through the double doors and get ready to be amazed: . The room is filled with warm, wood furnishings and tropical colors. The king size bed has a terra cotta tropical comforter and gorgeous dark Polynesian headboard. Tucked in the corner is an oversized dark wood Armoire, which holds a television and space for you to unpack all your beach clothes. An expansive open bath is attached. The bathroom has beautiful tiled floors, a walk-in closet, double sinks, large tub and generous tiled shower. Guests will feel like they are staying in a first class spa.

From the second floor the views are endless. With walls of glass, you'll see the sparkling ocean from almost any angle at Point Pleasant. The upstairs has endless amenities, starting with the living room. This large space has wood floors, sunny yellow walls and matching curtains cover the windows. The living room flaunts it's beauty with it's high wooden ceilings, tropical sectional sleeper sofa, round wicker coffee table with coordinating pull-out stools, plasma TV with surround sound, DVD player, ceiling fan and stereo system. This is truly first class beach living!

The wood floor extend to the oceanfront dining room which has a large oval table, set for 10. A dark Polynesian style bar sits in the corner, waiting for after dinner cocktails.

The wood floors change to a wonderful hazel colored tile in the kitchen. A beautiful island has additional seating for 4 and offers extra space for family style dinners. The kitchen offers custom built cabinets, a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker and toaster. A window sits perfectly over the sink, giving you wonderful views of the Intra-Coastal Waterway.

Both the dining room and living room have sliding glass doors that lead to the oceanfront upper deck. Filled with white rocking chairs, you'll find yourself spending the afternoons sipping lemonade while watching all the Island activity below.
