Winding your way along a boardwalk path to the expansive lower level covered deck you will barely be able to bring yourself indoors. The views are spectacular and the ocean breeze embraces all your senses. A few steps down and you are on the beach that tickles your toes with sugar sand. However, a few steps in the other direction lead you to a second deck and the main / upper level of this vacation home.

Upper Level: On the upper level of this home you will find a great room, family kitchen, two bedrooms including the master, and a full size bathroom with skylight. The great room features double sliding doors and wisely placed windows, this sun-drenched space has ample room and seating, a lovely farm table to seat many for a nice meal or family game night. The extras include a TV, VCR, games, and books. Step out onto the huge deck and enjoy Topsail Beach. The ocean views are endless.

The homes-style kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities, such as a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. Even the pantry is well stocked with many every day essentials. You'll be able to cook and serve meals with the beach in view. What a great way to make that big family breakfast or dinner you haven't had a time for lately.

There are two bedrooms on the upper level. The simple and sweet master bedroom with peach walls and charming window and bed coverings has a queen size bed and plenty of sunshine. The windows gleam with light in the second bedroom offering rest for two with a cute set of twin beds covered in floral bedding. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with skylight.

Enter the carpeted and bright stairwell to the lower level. The skylight in this space makes your trip down the stairs quick and comfortable.

Lower Level: The lower level has three bedrooms, a spacious laundry room, a full bath, and access to the covered wrap around deck. The largest bedroom on this level can double as a recreational room offering a TV, VCR, and game table. The full sized futon doubles as a couch and a twin camp style bed offers additional seating in the daylight hours. A double set of sliding glass doors invite you to the covered deck with its amazing ocean views.

The second bedroom on this level offers sleeping for three with a bunk bed and an elevated twin that makes room for a convenient desk/dresser area and plenty of space for the kids to play.

The third bedroom sleeps two with a set of twin beds covered in a green plaid. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom.

A second access to the lower level covered deck is found through the laundry room. There are two sets of stairs off this deck. The first set of stairs off this deck leads to the sandy beaches. The second winds you back up to the Upper level deck and main entrance of the home.

Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are provided. Pets are permitted with a $125.00(plus tax) pet fee per pet. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 10 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
