This oceanfront 5 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 12. Incredible views of the ocean and beach can be had from the two ocean front decks. Stroll across the 1st level deck to your private boardwalk and head on down to the beach to warm your toes in the sand. This boardwalk is unique in that it has a deck off to the side at the peak of the dune with built in benches to enjoy panoramic views of the beach all the way to the Surf City Pier. A convenient outdoor shower is installed along one side of the boardwalk to rinse those toesbefore heading into the great room by way of the deck.

Lower Level:The lower level offers two enclosed garage parking spaces to protect your vehiclesfrom the salt air while you visit Topsail Island. Additional parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway. The main entrance leads into a large foyer with white tile floor and creamy off white walls. To the left a door leads into the left bay of the garage. At the back of the garage an exit door leads outside to a wood deck that is built right into the dune. On the right is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Being surrounded by the dune gives this space a sense of privacy. Stairs lead up to the beach crossover and 1st level deck.

1st Level:This level has a sprawling great room that looks out over the great blue ocean. Windows galore! As you enter into the living area an oceanfront deck straight ahead. Two cool blue fish print sofas welcome you to sit back and relax. Watch a movie or show on the television, VHS or DVD player. Two white washed bamboo swivel rockers provide additional seating. A large square coffee table is great for board games or beverages. A stereo waits to play your favorite melody with receiver, CD or cassette tape players. Across the room is the dining area with seating for 6 at the ocean view table. Custom cushions are covered with fabric matching the living room sofas. More seating is available at the kitchen table with 4 cushioned chairs. Should you have a full house; two more matching chairs can be added to seat a total of 12. The room is open to the sleek clean lines of the white kitchen. White appliances blend nicely and include a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, smooth top stove, built in microwave and dishwasher. A pantry closet is located to the left of the refrigerator. The gray-specked countertop circles the perimeter and provides an abundance of cooking space. White floor tiles compliment the crisp, clean look. Well stocked cabinets offer dish and cookware in addition to the blender, coffeemaker, can opener and double toaster.

Hanover House has three bedroom suites, one of which is on this first level.

Bedroom Suite 1:The queen size bed has a comforter which sports an underwater scene with blue marlin. The furniture is neutral beige and matching throughout. Double windows provide a nice view of the island. A door to the left leads to a full size bathroom. The walk-in shower has a glass door and seat. White floor tiles look sharp with the white vanity andcream walls. This bedroom shares the bath with the living area.

2nd Level: At the top of the stairs you'll find a large laundry room with tile floors, washer, and dryer. Conveniently stored on the wall is an iron and board to keep you looking smart in your best clothes.

Bedroom Suite 2:This queen bed is framed with an off-white wicker headboard, matching the bedroom furniture. The comforter is a tropical print in sunset colors with palm trees. White waffle-style curtains cover the door leading to the oceanfront deck. Sit back and enjoy views of the rolling surf and waving beach grass on one of the white deck chairs. Head back inside and you can watch the television with VHS and DVD player from the comfort of the bed. The full size bathroom is shared with the bedroom suite on the sound side of the house.

Bedroom Suite 3:On the sound side this bedroom offers a queen size bed covered with a comforter in shades of indigo blue, aquamarine, apple green, and light pink. A coordinating pink topper decorates the window. Wicker furniture lends a relaxed but sophisticated beach feel. The bathroom is shared with the oceanfront bedroom suite.

Bedroom 4:Also on the sound side, this bedroom has white wicker furniture and Berber carpet. The queen size bed is covered with a nautical bedspread of waves, sailboats, and seagulls.Just around the corner in the hall there is a full size bathroom with tub and shower brightly decorated with a curtain of indigo blue and orange starfish.

Bedroom 5:The stylish waffle-style curtain hangs over the door to the oceanfront deck. A perfect location for evening star gazing. The queen size bed has a bright gold and blue striped bedspread and matching curtain on the large double window. Kick back and watch the television or the VHS/DVD player. A tall white wicker dresser awaits your wardrobe.This oceanfront bedroom shares the hall bath.
