Ground Level : Parking for 4 vehicles is provided. An enclosed hot and cold shower is also available, for rinsing off after spending the day on the beach. The entrance to Seas The Moment is beneath the house, offering a covered area for you to bring in your luggage.

First Level: Three of the four bedrooms are located on this level in this reverse floor plan beach home. Seas The Moment features two master bedrooms, the first is on this lower floor.

The first spacious ocean facing master bedroom offers clean white wicker furnishings and a queen size bed covered in bold blue and yellow strips. The room also offers a ceiling fan, telephone, alarm clock, private bathroom and sliding glass doors that lead to the covered ocean facing deck. Wake up early, grab a cup of coffee, and relax on the deck as the cool ocean breeze passes by you.

The second bedroom is more playful. This room is filled with two twin beds covered in a fun frog and leaf pattern. The room sits on the sound side of the home high above the oak trees. A sliding glass door leads to the back sound side deck, and a TV is provided for late night relaxation.

The third bedroom is perfect for smaller children. This room has a twin bunk bed, with coordinating blue sea-themed comforters. The room sits on the sound side of the home high above the oak trees. A sliding glass door leads to the back sound side deck.

These two rooms share a bathroom, accessible through the hallway. A full size washer and dryer are also located in this bathroom.

Second Level: The living, dining and kitchen areas are located on the second floor. The living space of Seas The Moment is filled with panoramic views of the city. The large covered deck, faces the ocean, and is perfect for spending hot afternoons lounging in the sun.

The living space is filled with cool tile floors, perfect for sunburned feet. This space offers 2 beautiful yellow beach themed sofas, two comfy rattan chairs, a TV, DVD player, Play Station 2, and ceiling fan. Through the wall of windows guests have great views of the shimmering ocean, just across the street.

The dining room has a large square table with 8 country blue chairs. Enjoy dining on fresh Topsail Island seafood dishes during your stay at Seas The Moment while you gaze at the beautiful views of the island.

The open kitchen allows the cook of the house to prepare meals while visiting with friends and family. The kitchen is filled with white cabinets and soft gray countertops. This room has a refrigerator with icemaker, flat top stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. Three wicker stools sit at the bar, looking into the kitchen.

Behind the kitchen, on the sound side is the second master bedroom. Filled with dark wicker furniture and a queen size bed covered in a patchwork comforter, this room is a peaceful getaway tucked into the Island oaks. You'll love waking up early and stepping outside on the back deck to the peacefulness of the Island. In the afternoons enjoy watching the boats pass by on the Intra Coastal Waterway. In the evenings, kick back in front of the TV or watch as the sun sets over the water and the Island sky turns crimson. A full size bathroom is easily accessible across the hall.
