This home is located on the sound side of the island and backs up to the marsh and creeksof the Intracoastal Waterway. Expansive views can be enjoyed from the back decks. Catch a glimpse of a heron and other wildlife and relish the peaceful sounds of this water view retreat.

Lower Level:The lower level has a concrete driveway that offers parking for two by the street or carport parking for three underneath. The spacious lower level is surrounded by a green strip of lawn that wraps around and borders the marsh at the back. Practice your putting on an artificial green while you grill up a burger on the provided gas grill.

Main Level:Head up the stairs on the right side of the house and a large street side deck greets you. Spanning the width of the home and enclosed by a latching gate, there is plenty of room for young vacationers to play safely. Enjoy a casual dinner for four at the glass top patio table. Cushioned chairs cradle your body in comfort.

The front entrance welcomes you into the great room. To the left is the kitchen with a large L-shaped bar that accommodates 8 on high back, wooden, swivel chairs. Amenities include a side-by-side fridge with ice and water, a smooth top stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and coffee maker. White cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, dishware, and cookware. The chef in your group will be completely at home. The great room is painted in a soft golden shade and has two overhead fan lights. The sitting or media area has two inviting sofas in a sophisticated khaki and cream stripe. An oversized chair and ottoman round out the accommodations in a wine red and khaki plaid. Generous sage green lamps sit atop modern glass top and metal frame end tables. All eyes can see the large theater view television, which offers cable, VHS, and DVD. If board games tickle your fancy, slide up to the large coffee table and choose from the selection of games in the storage drawer below. Wireless internet service keeps you in touch with your regular life, if need be. A sliding glass door opens to the front deck from the great room for easy access to outdoor dining and entertaining. The hallway off the great room leads to four bedrooms and two baths on this level.

Bedroom 1:The first bedroom on the right offers a bunk bed with a twin above and double bed below. The white metal bed frame stands out against the deep blue floral print comforter.

Bedroom 2:This bedroom offers a queen size bed with a sage bed skirt and a pretty plaid comforter in sage, khaki, and cream. A small television is provided and can be viewed from the comfort of the bed. Or stroll outside to the back deck overlooking the creeks and marsh. Take a seat in a white Adirondack chair and steal a little peace and quiet at the end of a busy beach day.

Bedroom 3:This bedroom is also on the creek side and has a private door to the back deck as well.Offering a queen size bed dressed in a blue and tan striped comforter, the views of the marsh are spectacular. Enjoy a quiet evening of star gazing after the children have gone to bed.

Bedroom 4:This bedroom is located near the kitchen right across the hall from bedroom 1. It offers a bunk bed with twin and double mattresses. Sky blue, apple green, and white striped comforters make for a cheerful environment. A cushioned wooden rocker is in the corner.

At the end of the hall is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, and storage cabinets.Two full bathrooms are located across the hall from one another mid way between the four bedrooms. Each bath has a sliding glass shower door and a double sink vanity.

Just past the kitchen bar is the stairway to the second level. The top floor has two bedrooms, a second sitting area with a television, and a full bathroom.

Bedroom 5:At the top of the stairs to the right is a large bedroom with a private deck overlooking the island. A bedspread in vibrant sunset colors graces the King Sleep Number bed. The bedroom suite is in a white washed, natural wood. A television and clock are provided on a corner cabinet. Two swivel outdoor rockers with striped cushions offer seating on the deck. Views of the island can be seen through the sliding door and from the bed.

You'll find the full bathroom on this level just across the hall. Heading down the hall you'll see that the hall opens up to form a cozy room. Two white bamboo swivel rockers with orchid cushions match nicely with the Berber carpet. A television offers a private viewing area.

Bedroom 6:This top floor bedroom also has a private deck on the creek side. A taupe and dusty lavender spread covers the King Sleep Number bed and matching bisque furniture is arranged throughout. Catch your favorite show on the television or stroll out to the deck for tremendous views of marsh, creeks, wildlife, and sunsets.
