Goofin' Off amenities include 4 TV's, High Speed Internet, a fitness center, swimming pool, barbecue area, and direct access to the beach, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle. Adjacent to your dedicated, covered parking space you will find a large locked closet, in which you can store any beach equipment you may have brought with you or enjoy the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, provided for your use. NOTE: You must be 25 and older to reserve your family vacations. No events. No parties. Sandbridge Dunes Condominiums is a No-Smoking, No-Pet facility.
The indoor parking garage has a height limit of 6' 6". Large vehicles with rooftop luggage racks must park in spaces outside of the garage.
There are strict parking rules related to EVs: EV Parking is NOT permitted inside the parking garage. Some spaces outside the building are also restricted. Please follow the signs posted throughout the property. Vehicles parked against the rules of the condominium will be towed.
