Spend your mornings on the beach and when the heat of the day kicks in, retreat to the house for lunch and then spend the afternoons cooling off in your own private Swimming Pool! The kids will love jumping in and splashing around while the fitness enthusiasts will enjoy swimming a few laps. Take your workout indoors and spend some time in the rec room on the elliptical machine. The rec room has its own private entrance and is also home to a TV and the foosball table so challenge the kids to a game for some family-friendly fun. Interior access between floors and convenient outside stairs as well.
When evening comes, enjoy streaming a family movie on the 65" HD Smart TV (with HBO + Sports Pak) in the living room or bring some cards, puzzles or games and spread out on one of the dining tables. The screened porch also provides a shady spot for enjoying the beach breezes.
