The more active water lovers will enjoy the peace and quiet during your 5 minute trip to the beach and then spending the day standup paddle boarding, swimming, or flying a kite. Teach the kids about sea shells and all the wonders of the ocean. After a sun filled day, retire to the cool water of your private swimming pool...swim laps or just float in the water. There's nothing more relaxing than a late night swim under the stars or enjoy some family time sitting by the firepit and listening to the fish jumping in the canal.
When you're ready to go inside, you'll enjoy the comfortable coastal atmosphere with soothing beachy colors and decor. There's room for multiple cooks in the spacious kitchen and the whole family can dine together with the large dining table and breakfast bar. The open living area also offers comfortable seating and space for everyone to spread out but still be together. Move to the downstairs den and the family virtuoso can tickle the ivories on the piano while the whole family sings along! Four electric fireplaces add charming ambiance (no heat).
The kids are going to love the garage/game room with small pool table, ping pong, foosball and air hockey. Take play time outdoors and shoot some hoops.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the enclosed porch or take it outside to enjoy the sounds of Mother Nature waking up on the bay. Covered and open decks offer shade or sun options as well as a porch swing for carefree relaxation. Retire to one of the six spacious bedrooms including a top level master suite with king bed and private bath with jetted tub, separate shower and bidet.
This property is equipped with a high efficiency washer. HE (high efficiency) detergent should be used.
