The centralized living space and abundance of bedrooms provide the supreme balance between enjoying the company of family and friends and stealing away for private moments.

The large elevated pool is ideally situated for hours of family fun while still being able to enjoy the gorgeous ocean and coastline views. Generous amounts of decking and outdoor furniture allow you to spread out or gather close for comfy conversation.

The spacious central Great Room offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and the new glass paneled staircase makes the room feel more open and bright. The expanded kitchen is supremely designed for entertaining and offers stunning views of the oceanfront, loads of cabinet space, gleaming and expansive granite countertops and much more. The dining area also showcases that view and offers multiple tables to seat the family for meals.

Two third floor king suites offer amazing ocean views, private baths and access to a large private oceanfront deck. The north suite was recently updated with an expansion of both the bedroom and bath and features a dramatic focus on those captivating ocean views from both. This level also offers a sitting room with ocean front views and sleeper sofa.

All bedrooms offer TVs and the second floor bedrooms have deck access allowing for private access to the beach. Bathrooms feature granite countertops. The teenagers in the group will enjoy the privacy of the fun game room complete with pool table and outside access only. There's even a pull out sofa for those late night billiards tournaments.
