You'll love the open floor plan so that family time in the living room can include the chef of the day in the kitchen and the kids snacking at the dining room table. The Living Room features a decorative fireplace, 50" Flat screen TV and Xbox Live (bring your access code). The kitchen features a huge breakfast bar and abundant counter space for creating those gourmet meals plus a wine fridge to chill your favorites. Take your morning coffee out on the deck and enjoy the sun rising on the Atlantic - there's a view of the ocean from almost every east facing window.
With easy access just one house south and the beach only about 535 feet away you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. The beach cart makes it easy to transport your stuff, so you can spend your days at the beach, surfing the waves and making sand castles. At the end of the day, you'll love returning to your own private "oasis" where you can take a refreshing dip or just lounge poolside. Soak up some rays on the ample decking surrounded by lush tropical landscaping or relax in the swirling waters of the Hot Tub!
The kids will love the converted garage/rec room with Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, and seating area with 50" Flat screen TV. Bring your favorite games for Play Station and have family fun even on rainy days. You may never want to leave! The Cabana room, with outside access only, is located off the garage and is a great teen room.
With a mixture of bed sizes, the sleeping options can accommodate just about any family. However, the owners have included an optional rollaway bed to assist with bedroom configuration issues - just let us know you need it and bring your own sheets and towel.
The maximum sleeping limit for this property is 16.
