Silver Sands boasts views of the ocean from all three floors and 6 ocean front bedrooms. It is a place to call your own whether it is to enjoy the pool, lounge on the beach, practice yoga, read 'that' vacation book, or break out the popcorn in the theatre room.

Gather with your family and friends at the three living areas, all with 55 - 75 inch Smart TVs, and outdoor pool entertainment area with 2 outdoor showers, two gas grills, ping pong and cornhole. "L" shaped salt water pool is 11' x 32' at the long end and 18' wide at the shallow end...lots of room for family fun! At sunset, enjoy the west side of the house as it comes alive with the beautiful colors of the setting sun.

The third floor offers 5 bedrooms, stargazing through the sky light in the map room, a yoga room and office. The main living room is on the 2nd floor and is ocean facing with a smart tv and electric fireplace. Two bedrooms, the theater room, and the game room (pool table, air hockey and arcade) are also located on the second floor. Gourmet kitchen features 2 gas stoves, 2 fridges, ice maker and a large pantry. Eat breakfast at the table nook or enjoy meals at the 16-foot-long dining table.

Three bedrooms, second laundry room (with separate freezer), and downstairs kitchen (with ice maker) are part of the first floor amenities. Check out the surfboard lights in the 1st floor living room.
