Sage Point's spacious interior boasts numerous areas for vacation enjoyment from the cathedral-ceiling living room to the TV room with its 55" flat panel TV to the reading nook...open kitchen with double oven and two dishwashers too! Game room has Pool Table, Foosball, and wet bar.
Tastefully appointed, this beach house includes an abundance of windows, high ceilings, and wraparound decking that's perfect for lounging in the sun canal-side. Whether you're enjoying the breeze and dining al fresco on the screened porch or winding down on the deck to the soothing ocean sounds, Sage Point is the perfect retreat for that well-earned vacation getaway. In case you're taking a working vacation, both 3rd level bedrooms have desks and quiet corners to work from.
Sage Point offers guests the option of a heated pool for an additional $350+tax/week. This service must be requested and fee paid prior to arrival. Guest will not be refunded if they request the service be turned off after arrival. Get ready to soak up the sun! As of March 2024, the enclosure and overhang around the pool has been removed for optimal summer sun enjoyment!
This property is equipped with a high efficiency washer. HE (high efficiency) detergent should be used.
Two Fireplaces are decorative only. Piano is also a decorative piece but feel free to play and enjoy.
