Sliding glass doors provide easy access between the living area and the front deck where you can enjoy catching some rays on the Adirondack chairs while listening to the waves crash onshore.

Adjacent to the living area is the gourmet kitchen well-stocked with the essentials and stainless-steel appliances. Spacious, gleaming countertops provide plenty of room to whip up some family-favorite meals and bring a taste of home to your vacation. The kitchen bar has room for six and the dining room table seats twelve people, while the additional dining table has room for eight guests. If you would like to enjoy a meal in the ocean air, head out to the deck and grab a seat at the outdoor dining table. There are also two picnic tables for guest use on the back deck with the provided gas grill.

Around the corner from the recreation room is an additional den with comfortable leather sofas and a large flatscreen TV. There are two bedrooms located on this floor; one offers a set of twin beds while the other has a Queen-sized bed. There is a conveniently located hall bath shared between these two bedrooms.
