You'll marvel at the three stories of stunning décor, soothing colors and amenities galore! There are living spaces on every floor so you'll have room to spread out and breathe. The gourmet kitchen is located on the second floor and offers abundant counterspace for meal prep, tons of cabinets for storage plus stainless steel appliances including two refrigerators, two microwaves and easy clean-up with two dishwashers. The elevator makes bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze and the ground level ramp makes entry easy for those in a wheelchair or mobility impaired.

All nine bedrooms offer private baths and TVs, with a mixture of adult and kids' rooms. Third floor laundry room with high efficiency washer - please use HE detergent. Common area powder rooms on each level. Multi-level decking offers sun and shade options and you'll quickly find that perfect spot (the rooftop deck, maybe?) to watch the sunrise with your favorite coffee in hand. Each level also includes a wetbar.

Garage not available for guest use.

Outside, your oasis awaits with a gorgeous pool, a hot tub, poolside cabana with exterior bar, refrigerator, TV and full bath. Swim some laps, splash with the kids or just enjoy lounging in the sun.

With all that Coffee Break offers, you don't want to forget about the ocean sitting in your back yard. Enjoy some morning surfing or fishing and then take the kids to the beach to build sandcastles and play in the waves.

Note for the environmentally conscious: Electric vehicle charging is now available at Coffee Break so you don't have to leave your plug-in hybrid or battery electric vehicle at home. This property is equipped with a level-2 car charging plug so bring your vehicle and the necessary plug adapter.
