Amazing Ocean features a well-stocked kitchen fit for your family chef, sparkling granite countertops, and gleaming stainless-steel kitchen appliances. Next to the kitchen is a dining area and expansive family room with a large flatscreen, SmartTV, comfortable seating, and beachy décor. Head out to the private balcony to enjoy the Sandbridge sunshine and sea breeze. This covered seating area boasts views of both Back Bay and the Atlantic Oceanâ"you are truly surrounded by Sandbridge's serenity!
The primary bedroom suite has sensational view of the ocean right from the Queen bed! The primary bathroom features a granite double vanity sink and separate room with a tub and shower for privacy. The second bedroom is a bunk room with a set of twin-over-double bunk beds and a twin over twin trundle bed. The second bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall. Both rooms have their own flatscreen, SmartTVs for your entertainment!
The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), outdoor grills, clubhouse, exercise room, library, and onsite restaurant. Located next door is Little Island Park with its fishing pier, playground, kayak launch, tennis and basketball courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
In 2023: New LVP flooring throughout, some new furniture and area rugs, some additional kitchen items. Notice: Roof replacement is scheduled to take place from early November 2023 through May 2024.Exterior painting is scheduled to take place through May 2024.The hot tub is not operational and is not expected to be available this off season.
