Both the master and hall baths on this level feature ceramic tile showers, granite-topped vanities and fixtures.
The lower level features two bedrooms, 2 full baths (4 total) and a large recreation room. The kids will want to claim this space as their own with the foosball table plus a seating area that's perfect for gathering the family together for movie watching or gaming on the 55" HDTV.
7 TVs, all Smart, are available for streaming movies or favorite shows plus live TV via the YouTube Live TV (includes local channels).
With easy beach access just one house north, you'll have your toes in the sand in minutes. Spend your mornings soaking up the sun on the beach and your afternoons cooling off in your own private pool with expanded deck area, plus an upper level deck with fabulous seaside views. This is also in the best part of the beach, private yet only a half mile walk up to the Sandbridge Market and Restaurant along the wide sandy beach.
