The fenced back yard with grass and a shaded patio is a great place for Fido to enjoy hanging out with the rest of the gang! The private pool is 36 x 18 with ample decking with a picnic table plus plenty of space for sunbathing and gathering with friends. The yard is great for kids too! Imagine a barbeque by the pool, relaxing while the kids splash and play, or just hanging out with everyone in the sea air.  The uncommon layout spreads out everyone at bedtime and has a ground floor great room/gathering area off the pool deck and an outside gathering area by the pool under the large covered patio.

Bedrooms are cute with original beams and the master is all on one floor by itself! This master has a private deck, master bath with 2 artful sinks on the vanity and a “wet room” with shower and soaking tub all in one. All TV's will be LCD TV's and most bedrooms have LCD TVs with cable, although a few may have TVs just for connecting to your devices for streaming games, movies and shows from your own accounts. Ground level great room doubles as a rec room with foosball table and poker table.

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024, and May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.


All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
