Long lazy summer days can be spent by the private pool and hot tub on the back patio and evenings can be spent enjoying meals hot off of the gas grill. The home has multiple decks with ample seating for enjoying the private setting at the end of a quiet cul de sac across the street from the Currituck Sound. Kids will have a blast in the garage that has been converted into a game room that has a foosball table, ping pong table and a second mini fridge. This four bedroom, 3.5 bath home will keep everyone in touch with wireless internet, TVs in every bedroom including a large flat screen TV with DVD / VHS in the great room. The upper level features a gas fireplace, dining seating for (8), barstools (2) at the kitchen counter, the fully equip kitchen and deck access. The King Master bedroom that has a Jacuzzi tub is located on this level and the second King Master bedroom is located on the ground level along with the double twin bedroom and pyramid bunk rooms. As a guest of the Currituck Club you will also have complimentary access to all of the resort amenities such as the 5 community pools, tennis, basketball, volleyball, fitness center with game room, Clubhouse with on-site dining, seasonal trolley service, beach valet, Surf Shack, life guarded beach access and bike trails.
