The family chef will be delighted to cook in this large upgraded kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, icemaker and mini fridge. Just off the kitchen is a powder room and a laundry room featuring 2 sets of high efficiency washer and dryers. Just a landing down you will find a large game room with wet bar and flat screen TV- the ideal space for lounging with an attached full bath. A spacious King Master Suite is located on the main level and features a TV / DVD, dual vanity sinks, jetted tub and separate shower. Guest will enjoy the surround sound system on this ground level which is also set up to enjoy music outside around the pool deck. As you climb to the second floor you will find a generous King Master Suite halfway up the landing featuring a private bath and seating area. On upper level you will find an office nook with wireless internet and fax machine, 3 Queen bedrooms each with TVs and the third King Master Suite with TV and full bath. Step outside of this amazing home and enjoy the private pool, hot tub and gorgeous views of the 10th fairway of the Rees Jones championship golf course.
