This Island Park home offers seclusion on a quiet street with views of the Intracoastal Waterway combined with the convenience of a public beach access within walking distance. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, 2 TVs for streaming, internet, covered porch, and outside shower. Includes access to two Island Park pools and a community dock on the waterway for fishing or crabbing.
One the first floor there is a master bedroom with King bed and private bathroom with tub. A second bedroom has one Queen bed. There is a half bath off the hall. Upstairs there is a bedroom with Queen bed and private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a set of bunk beds, and the fifth bedroom with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom off the upstairs hallway.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 10.

Rentals are weekly only 5/25/2024-9/30/2024.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
