Located on a concrete canal with a floating boat dock with kayak/Jet ski ramp (not included). There is convenience direct beach access at Concord Street.
One bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom with shower between these rooms. On the other side of the house there is a bedroom with a King and a Single bed. The fourth bedroom has two Queen beds. There is a full bathroom with shower between these rooms. Upstairs is a semi private sleeping area with two Single beds.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $200 plsu tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
