This home on a natural canal offers 3 bedrooms plus a bunk alcove and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave oven and dishwasher, a washer and dryer, 4 TVs with internet cable (streaming), DVD player, wireless internet, covered porch, sundeck, outdoor enclosed shower, and boat dock. There's direct beach access at Monroe Street and East First Street.
From the entry into the kitchen you immediately are greeted with the canal view past the dining area and living room. There is a bedroom on the left with a King bed and access to a full bathroom that connects to the living room. On the right there is a bedroom with a Double futon. Walk through that room to access an alcove with a bunk set on one side and the laundry closet on the other side. The third bedroom is on the canal side with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom between the second and third bedrooms.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 8. Includes prior to arrival.
Rentals are weekly only 6/1/2024-8/31/2024. 3-night minimum 1/1/2024-5/31/2024 and 8/31/2024-12/31/2024.
Bed linens, towels, soaps, and paper goods are not provided. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.
Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
