This home has a reversed floor plan allowing for great ocean views from the greatroom and kitchen on the top floor. There are two bedrooms on this level. One has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has two Bunk sets. There is a full bathroom off of the hallway. Downstairs there are four bedroom, four bathrooms, and the laundry area in a hall closet. The bedroom with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom is on this level and has two Queen beds. Another bedroom has one Queen bed and one Single daybed. These are on the back side of the house. On the front side of the house is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a Single bed, and a bedroom that has one King bed and a door out to the screened porch with furniture.
Rate includes departure cleaning and bed linens and bath towels (dropped off). The property has pillows and bed covers. No Smoking. Accommodates 18.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional per dog fee of $150 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog(s) and your check out time will be 9:00 am. Dogs at this home must be 40 lbs maximum and there is a maximum of 2 pets per reservation.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
