This canal house offers 5 bedrooms (K, Q, Q, D, 2S) 3.5 baths. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer, 7 TVs with internet cable (streaming), wireless internet, ceiling fans, covered porch, 2 floating docks, ground level shower and more. There is a large ground level game room with pool table intended to be a space to bring the outdoor breezes in while enjoying a billiards game or game on TV with friends. If you do get too hot, close the doors and use the large window unit A/C instead. One of the bathrooms is on the ground level. All sleeping space is upstairs. Located close to beach access at Newport Street.
The street side north bedroom is bedroom 1 with a queen bed. The street side south bedroom is bedroom 2 with a double bed. The canal side south bedroom is bedroom 3. There is a full bathroom off the hall on the south side. Bedroom 4 is off the living room with two single beds and the half bath with laundry facilities in the half bath. You do have to walk through bedroom 4 to get to bedroom 5, the master bedroom, with a king bed. The master bedroom has a master bathroom and access to the canal side porch.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking indoors. Please only smoke outside. Accommodates 10.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $125 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.
Rentals are weekly only 6/1/2024-8/31/2024.
This property is not available in the off season.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
