Includes access to tennis courts and oceanfront Starboard pool. Close to beach access at Starboard Street.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has two Double beds and the third bedroom has two Single beds. There is a hallway bathroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Rate includes departure cleaning. NO SMOKING. First floor. Accommodates 10.

Rentals are weekly only 6/1/2024-8/31/2024.
Nightly rentals during this time are only considered at the last minute, if available, at a 5-night minimum.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
