Amenities include boat dock, enclosed hot & cold outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, 2 TV's, including a 60'' one in living room, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. The comfortable canal side screened-in porch will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee. Raeford Street is a direct beach access street, and this house is located approximately two blocks from the beach.

The golf cart outlet is on the right side of the storage unit under the house. All properties have pillows and bedspreads. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
