There are two and a half baths on this level. Upstairs, all three bedrooms have two double beds in each, and they all have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms on the second level. All bedrooms have TV's. There's an additional den upstairs which has a game table and reading area. The dining room table seats twelve, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include redwood sauna, private salt water pool with spillover into spa, an enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, wet bar, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, iron/ironing board, gazebo by the beach, DVD player, and secured Wi-Fi. There's a porta-crib and a high chair for the little guests. There's an ocean facing porch, plus an additional open deck over walkway. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.

Upgrades for 2023: New living room furniture; new dining room table with 12 chairs, and new back deck.

Golf cart outlet is in the garage under the house. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Linens and a dozen bath towels are provided in this property, as well as paper products and soap products. Please note: No beach towels are provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
