The living room also includes a Smart TV, two chairs and dinette table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker. The sliding glass doors open to the deck perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. There is a shared gazebo with seating as well. The condo is a short walk to the pier which is close to great shops, entertainment and restaurants.

Stay includes high speed internet, cable TV and central heat and air.

Easily access the condo with keyless entry. Designated covered parking directly underneath unit.


This condo does not have an outside golf cart outlet.

EV charging strictly prohibited at this complex. This includes vehicles, golf carts, bikes, scooters, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc.
