The other ocean side bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the street side bedroom with two singles. The other street side bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. The dining room table seats eight, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include enclosed cold water outside shower, central heat and air, all new kitchen appliances for 2023, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-Fi. With both a covered and an open ocean side porches, you'll be sure to enjoy the ocean breezes and catch some sun rays. You're sure to enjoy the new deck and catwalk.

Keyless entry.

This house does not have an outside golf cart outlet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
