The dining room table seats six and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Added conveniences include its proximity to the Monroe St. beach access, which is ramped for easier access, and the OIB Community Center. This house is an easy walk to the Coastal Carolina Museum, putt-putt golf, and the pier.
Amenities include second story, 18' X 8' private pool, elevator to all floors, enclosed cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, separate ice maker, Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker, and Wireless Internet. There's a port-a-crib and two baby gates for your little ones, as well as beach toys and some beach chairs. Enjoy some outdoor time at the Surf Board Pub table, or the picnic table.
