Amenities include three seasonal community pools, one is close to the condo and you have access to the oceanfront pool, with private beach access, assigned parking under the building, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffeemaker, and secure Wi-Fi. The water in the kitchen is filtered by reverse osmosis. The dining table seats six. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the lagoon. You may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads.
