The dining table seats four and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, iron/ironing board, 5 Smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. The private balcony offers a gorgeous view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills and a picnic table on the premises, next to the pool.

All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. The Condo Association parking regulations do not permit jet skis, boats, trailers or golf carts in parking spaces.
