SAND TURTLE - 21 Laurinburg - This charming five bedroom, five and a half bath coastal canal home offers highly convenient walking access to the beach, local restaurants, town park and shops. Located on a beautiful natural canal, you will love the amazing waterfront views. All five bedrooms feature their own private bathrooms. Other amenities include a large dock, wide breezy decks and some of the best sunsets in Ocean Isle Beach! The covered rooftop level widow's watch is a great place to check out the island, and during the summer season, it's a premier place to enjoy the Friday evening concerts at the town park, featuring bands like The Embers, Band of Oz and many others.
On the main level, you will find a large, open floor plan with a large living and dining areas and fully stocked kitchen. The living room offers stylish and comfortable seating, cathedral ceiling with fan, fireplace, and large windows that provide bright, natural light and views of the canal and waterway. The living room has a large high definition television with cable, DVR and Blu-ray player. There is also a two zone sound system with radio and CD that you can enjoy inside or on the lower deck.
