Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, blender and Wi-Fi. There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building away from the pool. The laundry area is adjacent to the pool. The private balcony offers an outstanding view of the ocean.
