DESCRIPTION
This oceanfront luxury home has it all. Complete with a pool and private walkway to the beach. Enjoy the large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, double oven, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, icemaker, second prep sink, and more. The first level offers an ADA compliant bathroom with walk in shower compete with grab bars. Entertain poolside with outdoor grills under a covered area and Tiki bar by the pool with bar area, outdoor sink and large cooler. Heat the pool from Oct-May for $100/day. To request the pool to be heated it must be made no less than 3 days of arriving or there will be an additional charge to the guest. The hot tub is heated during the spring and summer months only and must be requested to be heated Mid September- Mid May. The hot tub is heated as part of the rental and is separate from the pool heat. There is no cost associated with the hot tub heater being turned on however it must be requested prior to arrival. Jets and water temperature for hot tub can not be adjusted. All bed and bath linens and towels are provided for your stay for your convenience. This home is non-smoking and not pet friendly.
