This one bed, 1 bath condo features an open floor plan with 2 queen beds. This unit is currently undergoing updates and will have a fresh look for beach comers this 2024 season. You'll enjoy the vaulted ceilings and large windows in the bedroom that overlook the swimming pool. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker and dining area. There is an additional sitting room to enjoy TV and family game nights. Laminate wood floors throughout. This unit is accessed on the backside of the building. There is set of steps leading up to the entrance of the unit and also interior steps from the living room to dining/kitchen/bathroom. Located on Sunset Beach and just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean allows for a simple walk to the Sunset Beach Pier for fishing, or just to spend the day on the area’s finest beach strand. When you are done at the beach, enjoy our outdoor pool for a lap or two (mid-April through late-September based on the weather). You’ll find a local market and shops next door to us. Wi-Fi available, On-site Shared Laundry Facility, Grills located on site for cooking that fresh caught fish.

Parking is limited - 1 parking pass provided per unit.
Golf carts are not permitted at the Continental Motel.
