The kitchen is fully equipped and has an adjacent dining area with a table for four.  Additional seating for four is available at the raised kitchen bar. The condo has wireless Internet and three televisions for entertainment value. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom is equipped with 2 Double beds, televisions and access to adjoining baths. The front bedroom also has a private screened porch area with sliding glass door access. The condo has central heat & air along with a large ceiling fan in the central area for comfort in every season. A front laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use.
The community grounds have an outdoor pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts with basketball goal on site.
