All carpet throughout was replaced recently. Homeowner adds improvements and upgrades every year and the home goes through a thorough repair and maintenance check at the conclusion of each season. Kitchen is very well equipped and can satisfy the most discriminating cook. If you prefer dining out, you need only walk a short distance to either Timbuck II or Monteray Plaza where you will find a wide variety of dining options as well as shopping and entertainment (the grocery store too!).

The Buck Island community offers an Olympic size swimming pool, spa pool, baby pool, tennis courts and playground all within view of the home. You can also stroll down the paved, tree lined street to the beach cabana where you will find outdoor showers and restrooms before taking the wide boardwalk to the beach. If members of your party are unable to make the walk (approx. 2 blocks) then there is auxiliary parking available at the cabana house. At Buck Island you can truly park your car on arrival and not drive again until you are leaving for home â€" everything you need is but a short walk or bike ride away.

Level 2: Master Bedroom (King) with whirlpool tub, separate shower, double sinks, TV/DVD/VCR and direct access to deck with 6-person hot tub; Bedroom (Queen) with private deck access and private sink area (share tub and water closet with twin bedroom); Bedroom (2 Twins) with TV and direct deck access to hot tub, private sink area (share tub and water closet with Queen bedroom).

Level 2.5: Half bath.

Level 3: Kitchen with granite countertops and eat-in counter that can accommodate 5. Kitchen has its own deck with outdoor seating; Large dining room has designer furnishings with bench seating at a table that can accommodate 8; Living room furnished with overstuffed sofas and chair, a fireplace and an entertainment center with TV/DVD/iPod dock etc.; both dining room and living room have deck access complete with direct feed gas grill. The homeowner has also provided a puzzle, book and game library to enjoy.
