Beautiful oceanside Outer Banks vacation home in Sanderling a short walk to either Beach Access 6 or 7 on Waxwing Lane. Nice large lot with great views from Level 3 plus a spacious and bright great room. The entire upstairs is wide open for viewing the beach and receiving the bright sun - french doors lead out to spacious decks with plenty of furniture for sun bathing or sitting and reading. The entry from the carport area has the look and feel of the beach - blue walls with beach motif make for a welcoming entry.


Level 1: Entry; outside shower; fish cleaning station.


Level 2: Master Bedroom (King) with large tiled shower with glass blocks, TV and French doors to the deck; Master Bedroom (Queen) w/ flat screen TV & VCR and deck access; Bedroom (2 Bunks) with flat screen TV; Bedroom (2 Twins) w/flat screen tv; large laundry room.


Level 3: Living area with flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo, built in bench seating; separate conversation area with 2 chairs and table with 4 chairs; large kitchen with granite counters, 6 bar stools, tile floors, undercounter icemaker, well equipped kitchen; dining area with seating for 10 - plenty of room for the family dinner; half bath; screen porch with table and chairs for dining alfresco.
