This bright clean Outer Banks cottage in the tranquil Sanderling neighborhood of charming Duck Village is perfect for a relaxing retreat. Watch the dolphins frolic from the spacious east deck and enjoy the 180 view of the ocean and dunes. Sip your favorite beverage as you enjoy watching the sun set over the sound from the western "sunset deck. A screened in porch off the kitchen offers a shaded place to enjoy 'al fresca' dining. If you are a nature lover, you'll love this place. Dog owners will be delighted with an attractively landscaped side yard. The Town of Duck allows well behaved dogs off a leash on the beach under owner supervision; other towns do not. The interior of the home is casual and classy. The great room is light and airy, graced with an open beamed cathedral ceiling and walls of windows to take in the views. The Sanderling Inn with restaurants and spa is a 10 minute walk up the beach. Community pool is available free of charge. Sanderling Tennis Courts are available for $25/hr. Extra amenities: dvd library, cd library, books & games.
