This beautiful Outer Banks Oceanfront home was renovated in 2006 to include all new furniture, bedding, kitchen with GE Profile appliances and flooring. With a convenient fenced dog area outdoors, vacationing is a pleasure for the family and family pet as well. Half bath downstairs on ground level added for your convenience! Enjoy stunning ocean views from the living area and both deck levels, with tanning and swimming a short walk over the dunes. Guest storage area with washer & dryer is located on the ground level. Located at Milepost 20.5 in South Nags Head, this home was designed with one-level convenience in mind. All bedrooms complete with TV/DVD. Additional amenities include TV with DVD in great room, stereo, Play station, high chair and pack n play. You'll go nuts for the beach just outside your door!

The 2011 Beach Nourishment project has been completed and has doubled the size of the beach in South Nags Head. Enjoy quiet beaches but only a few miles to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and fishing. The Outer Banks fishing pier is only 2 miles away and Oregon Inlet is about 5 miles south.
