Just two lots from the beach on the perimeter of Corolla Light, this superbly appointed home provides spectacular, unobstructed views of the ocean and lighthouse. Enjoy the completely remodeled kitchen, your own private pool, or relax on your deck as you watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and set behind the lighthouse. 2008 brought a new rec room!


Ground Level: A large rec room with ping-pong table and a flat-screen tv. You will also find a Queen mbr on this level.


Mid Level: Has 3 bedrooms: a Queen mbr, a room with Bunk set and Single with Trundle that shares a bath with a room with 2 Singles. There's also a family room/den and second entertainment center.


Top Level: Provides expansive ocean views from all areas including a spacious King mbr with whirlpool and window seat. A beautiful new (2008) kitchen with top of the line appliances, granite countertops, 2 ovens and a gas cooktop. There is a roomy living area with gas fireplace, half bath, entertainment center and breakfast nook which seats 10.


Amenities: Private pool (may be heated for an additional $450/week)-available 5/4 to 10/12/2013, hot tub, gas fireplace, 8 tvs, 6 dvds, stereo w/cd/tape & 5 extra speakers, wireless internet, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, whirlpool tub, ping-pong table, hammock.
