Families with little ones will love the easy access to the shallow waters just beyond the carport. Those eager to cast a line can do it right from the bulkhead. Clean your catch at the fish cleaning station outfitted with water and lights knowing there's a charcoal grill ready to turn it into dinner later. There's lots of safe storage for watersport gear under the house and a spacious area to set up sails and rigging. No need to wait your turn for a hot/cold outdoor shower — there are two of them.
The home's first level reveals three bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a semi-private bath that also connects to the hall; a second queen bedroom, a bedroom with a queen and a double, and a room with two sets of bunk beds that share a jack-and-jill bath. All the bedrooms feature a TV and DVD player and have access to a wrap-around deck to enjoy the spectacular sound views, most notably from the 5-person hot tub.
The final bedroom, a queen with ensuite bath featuring a large, dual-head walk-in shower, two workstations, TV, DVD player, and deck access is located on the second level. All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
